Be they disabled, recovering from injury, or memory impaired we empower them to do the things they like and we offer hands-on care management for your peace of mind. Our professional caregivers are vetted, trained, insured and bonded.
Owners Peter and Shannon Sakellariou extend the care and attentiveness of family to the relationship between client and caregiver. They personally oversee the care of each client. You can have confidence they will respond to your loved one's home care needs as personally and thoughtfully as they would their own family members.

They could get her onto a more scheduled routine. Each person could get into more of a consistent routine.

She was never afraid of them and that makes me happy. They have always dealt with me and always let us know if someone called in and came with replacements and it was usually the same schedule.
I liked them because they always have call outs and they were always able to find a replacement and I thank them for that.

The client needs morning and evening help and there has been no problems with shifts.
The owner is in communication at all times. If there are changes he gives me a heads-up.

They got it in place pretty seamlessly. The only hiccup was one of the workers was in a car wreck on the way. The person who was working stayed an hour later while they found a replacement. They lived up to our expectations of what they should do.
The personnel that they deployed were quite good and the administrative staff were quite good. The staff got stuff in place very quickly within a few days. They were able to arrange 24/7 care.

The most helpful part of the care is the social stimulation that it gives my dad and allows me to rest assured that he is in good hands.

They are there for him everyday when I cannot be there. They are able to bring him to some of his rehab appointments because I do not have time to do that.

In practical terms, they help them with things they can't do on their own. They also provide company and social interaction on a daily basis.
I would say that they've been accommodating and have always had someone available when needed.

SYNERGY HomeCare is very personable and actually came and met with me with the caregiver. My son is not difficult, but I have had two other agencies that are not capable of helping him. SYNERGY HomeCare looks just looks at his needs and actually cares for my son. It's not easy to relinquish myself from his care, but my caregiver makes it easy. The services is wonderful. My son relates to her and it is comfortable on both sides. He seems happy with her. I was his main caregiver, and I was worried how he'd be with others, but he has been doing fine with her.

One of the things that had impressed me about SYNERGY HomeCare is that they pay their caregivers more than many other home health care agencies do. I believe that home health care employees are underpaid and I was impressed that SYNERGY HomeCare pays their employees more than other agencies. The most helpful aspect of my loved one's services is the peace of mind I get to not worry about her when I have to leave to run errands in town.
