They are well organized in scheduling.
The point of contact changes sometimes and that causes a gap in the communication.

They need to do more cleaning and do the list of things they are supposed to do. I shouldn't have to go after them about when they haven't done.
They would need to have more of a relationship with us and provide us with a full-time caregiver.

I like that each of the caregivers has been terrific.
