We hired Homewatch CareGivers of Springfield. So far, so good. We haven't had any issues. They've been able to help my parents out with a variety of different things. We're on our 3rd month with them right now. The billing is pretty simplistic. They send it to me, I get the bills directly, and I pay the bills for my parents. I can either pay it online or I pay by check. It doesn't make a difference how. The only thing about scheduling is that they're having personal issues and they don't have enough people. That's the only thing. I guess all health care providers right now are having issues with having staff. It's an ongoing thing with a bunch of other agencies too that I've reached into. They don't always have people who want to be there to do people's homes. Their staff does some light cleaning, grocery shopping, and laundry. They also help my mom with showers, pick up medicines, and take my mom to appointments.
