We are using Arise and Shine Homecare for my mother. We love them. My mother loves the woman that's taking care of her. Any problems we've had, they've helped us work through it. They help change her and clean her up because my mother is not mobile anymore. They come in and get her ready for the day, and then at the end of the day, they change her and get her ready for bed. My mother has had some problems with people in the past, but Miriam is the one who's taking care of my mother, and my mother loves her. She's very caring. She's very respectful of her and her needs. The people at the agency were wonderful. We had a couple of snags, and they took care of it right away. There were some problems that we had and we called them for some advice, and they gave us great advice and helped us.

Arise and Shine Homecare is taking care of my husband. We've been using them for three months now. I feel that Christine is competent, knowledgeable, and caring. She is here as an aide in the evening. My husband is bedridden, so she takes care of all of his needs at night, feeding, toileting, changing his bed, and giving medicines. Christine owns the home care service. She's a very comfortable person.
