Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The nurse comes to check on my mom and the physician's assistant comes, so we no longer have the trouble of having to take her to the doctor.
Every person that has come to see my mom has the best personality and they are so outgoing and friendly. They make my mom feel really comfortable.

The lady we have now is a sitter who takes care of my mom during the day due to her confusion and Alzheimer's which is very helpful to have.

They could be more observant and should understand what needs to be done just by looking around if trained properly.
If someone doesn't come, they could call plenty ahead to let me know, as they call last minute to replace someone else instead of giving me the chance to see if I want one or not.

The caregiver helps to her to the bathroom and other rooms in the house. They do their best to keep her safe and try to make sure she doesn't fall.
I like that they try to cover shifts if the caregiver is not available. They are good at communicating and they always want feedback about how the caregivers are with her.

Briana/Bree and Natalie help out a lot. We all have jobs and now we have the girls during the day. They get her up, make her lunch, and get her ready to bed. They are a big help.
The caregivers that my mom has now are just excellent. We have had some caregivers that were not, but we talked to the agency and asked them to find someone else - which they did.

The service is great. It's a lot of help. I was his caretaker but I couldn't do it anymore. I had been in the hospital and was unable to care for him. We were able to get someone to help us.

I really lost my cool over the one who did my laundry and bedding wrong. My daughter had to come over and redo everything and she was really upset. I don't think they are quite aware of what is going on, so you have to let them know.
I had a good day with one and two bad days with two other caregivers who were just starting out. I told them they needed to have more training. They needed to be shown how to make a bed because they didn't know how to do it well. I did a good bath from them. I already told Right at Home that. I don't mind telling people that if they need help, this is a good place to go. They just need to know what they can do when they are alone with the clients. They just talk to them. I don't know if they tell them how to make a hospital bed, which is the easiest thing to make up. I even taught all my children how to do that and they taught their children
