They have tried to have caring individuals here that interact with us well. They also reach out and help her with things she needs to do. I like the fact that the people here are willing to work with my wife and try to be friends with the both of us. They try to do the things my wife needs to be doing, and it's helpful.

I wanted them to wash the clothes and hang them up. I wasn't there. I had asked them to write down what they did, and that never happened. There was a different person every morning and at night. They could only come at a certain time, and they needed to give her her eye medication and get her meals. I didn't see a lot of accommodation.

My mom is a fall risk so just being there to assist her with moving around was helpful. They could be more prompt with returning phone calls.

They need to have their employees do what they're supposed to do. They're very much unreliable and undependable. They'll say someone will be here the next day at 8. I'll call, and they say they'll be there at 10:30. 10:30 comes around, and they're still not there. I'll tell them not to send anybody when I'm in the hospital, but they still will. They'll be asleep on the couch or be on their phones.
