My mom was in bad shape when she got out of the hospital - thank goodness for Family Support Services; she now wants to "live again" - doing activities, therapy, eating and enjoying activities

I took us only one day to get a caregiver from Family Support Services, LLC. When the caregiver came, she assisted my mother in taking a bath, getting dressed, and in other personal areas. She cleaned the room, did the laundry, and whatever we wanted her to do. She came three days a week -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We used it almost a month, and I appreciated that they were all punctual, nice with nice personality, and they got along well with my mom. When we did not have anything for them to do, they did not stay the whole time,and we did not pay for more time either.

Family Support Services was excellent. I called, and they were out here the next day, and had our caregiver ready the next day, as well. The caregiver is more than just attentive and friendly. When she leaves us, we’ll probably be friends for life. She’s an excellent person.

Family Support Services caregivers have been taking care of my father for over a year. The caregivers have excellent experience and training. My father is very happy with his caregivers! I highly recommend this agency.

I hired Family Support Services to care for my mother. I found everyone to be friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Both staff that we used were professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Family Support Services provided exceptional care for our mother, who had Alzheimer's disease and mobility problems. Amy R., the owner, was very willing to work with us in arranging the best care for our mother. We fully recommend Family Support Services to anyone looking for an in-home health care provider.
