We make possible the choice to stay in comfort, safety and familiar surroundings. Nearly 75 percent of people hope to stay in their homes as they age, according to a November 2010 poll of 1,616 people age 45 and older conducted by AARP. And the older people get, the more likely they are to want to stay put".
In-home care is a delicate and sometimes difficult decision to consider. Premier Custom Care is committed to helping families identify the proper time to introduce care and recognize the appropriate type of care needed. Our process is to meet with our clients and/or families to discuss needs and wants, and perform an in-home assessment. We are dedicated to creating a customized plan of care, and know the plan will be evolving. All circumstances vary; families with newborn twins may need 24/7 care when the babies arrive home and then scale down to one or two hour relief intervals. Likewise, relatives with an aging family member may require a simplified companion or meal providing service and progress to personal care. Premier Custom Care provides assistance according to client and family needs, along with pairing compatible caregivers. Everyone has different requirements for care and we make certain those needs are met and exceed client expectations.

Mom was living alone and came to be in need of help with her normal activities of daily living. The staff of Premier Custom Care gave us a realistic, but compassionate, assessment of Mom's needs and matched their services to them. What we appreciated most was their constant attention to alert us to changes in Mom's condition. They took a personal interest in her well-being. This is a caring and vigilant care provider who will work with you to get the best for your loved one!

Premier Custom Care provided excellent in-home health care for my wife who is recovering from a stroke. Their care givers were caring, efficient and professional. They were always punctual. We were able to establish strong interpersonal relationships with most of the care givers.
Alysha was willing to work with us regarding alternative payment plans.

Although my mom is their top priority, Premier always keeps me advised of concerns or communications they have with my mom, which is a great comfort.

Premier Custom Care has done an excellent job with my mother. They customized a team based on her preferences, and their online calendar makes it easy for me to track who is going to provide care.

Premier Custom Care did an outstanding job taking care of my sister, Kathy. The office staff was very responsive and we were very happy with the care they provided. I would highly recommend Premier for in home care.

While my business partner was under the care of Premier Care for almost 5 years he had excellent care. Very close relation with the owner as well as all the staff. The only reason for leaving their care is his children felt because he had Parkinson's, they wanted him closer to where they lived. He enjoyed all of Premier staff and I think they felt the same about him.

We were pleased with the services provided this first few months, but very, very pleased with the last several months (years +). This last caregiver was extremely helpful. In fact, we feel she's a friend.

We got Premier Custom Care for mom. They provide medicine reminders and light housekeeping. She's comfortable with the caregivers. They've been accommodating with the scheduling. They provide care seven days a week for an hour a day.

To begin our care we had several different people; most of whom were good help. Our current helper who has been with us for several months (year) is the greatest. The owner and office help have always been great.

We hired Premier Custom Care, and I have been very happy with them. I talk to the owners and the managers on a regular basis, and they have been very open and helpful. They communicate very well with me.

We hired Premier Custom Care for my mom, and they seemed very professional. They answered all the questions of what I needed to know. They also know what they are doing, and they also found a good match. It has been good. They even helped her with the computer.

I was given a list of 3 or 4 companies to call and Premier Custom Care fit what I needed best. I had a pacemaker put in and I really didn't need much care. I wasn't sure what I needed and they said they would work with me. They were easier to work with. They're great!

We use Premier Care for about a year and a half. Alysha got everything in control. The thing I like about them was their price. The have a cheaper price compared to others.

Premier Custom Care was referred to us. They provided part time in-home care for my father. They all did a very nice job. I don't have any issues with them. I would highly recommend them to others.

Alysha sent us a caregiver and it turned out to be very satisfactory. I'm very pleased with Premium Custom Care. They made things possible for us. Alysha basically stepped in to every situation that we've encountered and is able to make things happen for us.

Premier Custom Care met my needs as far as having someone available who is qualified. The caregivers were efficient, effective, kind and respectful. I worked with them for about two weeks.

Premier Custom Care provided our family with reliable care through several different stages of my grandmother's care, from companionship and helping with dinners in the early days to assisting with bed changing and bathing in her final days on hospice. Premier Care was always easy to work with in fitting our scheduling needs and provided us with caretakers that we felt comfortable leaving my grandmother with in their care.
