There have been situations when the usual person could not be here, and they did send someone. She likes to be alone. I like that the staff was ideal on the phone and the people that answer the phone are very good.

Our lives revolve around their service. They could definitely provide better communication, have better nurses, and better manage their staff. The office staff seems to be making concentrated efforts to provide care.

It makes me uncomfortable. The owner is very rude and constantly on vacation.

I'm a widow and live by myself. They provide companionship. They provide a service that is needed and they always show up on time.

When they do not show up, it is pretty serious to me. They do not show up for their shifts. On Saturday, they were supposed to be here at 8 in the morning, but they did not show up at all.

I have found out that with BrightStar Care, nobody is above answering the phone. Everyone is there to me. The caregiver from BrightStar Care gets my husband to chat up a storm. He is going through a hard time right now, so that is very positive.

They are willing to do anything I ask and sometimes it is nice to have someone to sit and talk with me; other times it's nice to have someone who is up and around helping get things done. They have both kinds of caregivers and I appreciate having them even more when I have a super busy day. They are good. I've had home help before and I feel like BrightStar Care has come in and brought me back up and ready to go.

BrightStar Care is average. We are a little disappointed in the caregivers. The services do not help my life like I thought they would. BrightStar Care could improve the amount of time being spent with my wife.

BrightStar Care was fine for what we needed. The service provided me with the knowledge that my loved one was safe so that I could run errands during the day.
