I don't know how the agency could have improved the daily life.
This agency was personable and seemed responsive in taking care of needs.

They come in and are willing and helpful. They help most with housecleaning and going for walks and making sure I don't fall.
They do a good job. I don't always have something for them to do but they take me walking sometimes when I can do that. Other people could certainly use the help.

I need somebody everyday. They check on me, and the caregivers give a report everyday on what they've done for the day. They are available twenty-four hours.
I've always had good care. They go beyond what they need to do. They go the extra mile.

They were helpful in being able to respond quickly, and seemed to actually care about my grandmother's well being.
They were very responsive to my emails or calls about changing times and were helpful with getting stuff arranged quickly.

They are supposed to make the bed, clean the kitchen and bathroom. Only one of them does that. Tammy is excellent.
They should listen to what I tell them when I call.

They could do a better job at transitioning new employees on a basic task. When there is a change, I have to train employees.
They have been reliable. I like the electronic website and communication. I can see who is there and the schedule.

My actions are limited and it takes me forever to clean, and the caregivers help with that.
They have been sending a caregiver who I like a lot and works well with me. And every time I suggest a change, they are really informative.

Sandy is extremely pleasant, she comes in and changes her shoes, vacuums, dusts and does various things.

I'm getting weaker all the time, so they've done a lot of things for me that I can't do now.
I would like to have the same person on Saturday all the time. The others have been fine, but I feel like I'm starting over each time. I would appreciate more consistency.

She just came when she is supposed to, which is difficult to get some people to do sometimes. She does some extra stuff. She did everything and more, I could not ask for anything better.
Right now she works here and she is great. The quality is divine and I love her. She is truly wonderful. She is the best employee I have ever had. She is a regular nice person.

My mom is hard of hearing and has low vision so she is a lot safer having somebody help her.
I think the services are a little bit expensive.

They help me and my wife. She works right when she comes in to clean and organize.
I like my caregiver's ability to recognize what needs to be done and do it immediately. That way I can work out and eat. They are amazing.

It helped me, I could come home and rest. I had to haggle over the bill. You just cannot watch close enough nowadays.
There was a mix-up on the bill. They over-billed me. The lady timed in early and they tried to charge an extra hour while she slept.

It is a tremendous help. It would have been very hard to give my loved one the quality of life that she wants with us living here in the Lake of the Ozarks.
I like that they will call us or text us and let us know what is going on.

I don't have to do that service for my mom.
I'm not there a lot. She has someone to come out and give her a bath. They are supposed to be there for half an hour but there isn't enough for them to keep busy for that amount of time.

We expect Tammy to come, and we depend on her to take care of my loved one in the morning.
It's the only company we've tried. Synergy is good about sending someone else over here if Tammy can't come, but we don't need anyone else most of the time. We don't need someone if Don has already exercised and is ready for the day.

The caregiver was argumentative, and at one point, was even physical with her. They wouldn't listen to her.
They need to listen the clients. They didn't listen to my mother's comments and complaints.

They took her down to meals and pushed her wheelchair when she wasn't strong enough to do it.
I liked the fact that they could take Mom down to meals and that they came in to check on her and make sure her medicine was working well.

I think their billing is really bad also. I can't understand it. It's very confusing.
There prices are exorbitant. The other company was charging $250 to try, and Synergy went up to $400. I tried to find someone else, but I couldn't find anyone else. The ladies who went in were fairly nice.

It was a tremendous help for us. My father was elderly and weak, and he couldn't give her the services that were required. It was essential for us to have them. My sister and I worked so we couldn't be there for her.
The main reason we used them is because my mother was at SilverCrest, and SYNERGY could start services immediately. It was very easy for me to get more services started.

I elected to have the service done, and it helps a great deal. I have a king sized bed, and I have trouble with my back and legs, so going around the bed is hard for me.
I appreciate their services very much. If I get the same girl each time, that would be very good. That way, I don't have to keep explaining what I want.

They are new at doing this, and I don't think they have all their systems down and in place to complete everything. Their response to requests for billing charges are very delayed.
I have a unique situation. They are supposed to complete a daily work chart and they aren't doing that.

There are some things that they offer to do that could make my life easier, but my mom doesn't want to spend the extra money for it.
I like that the employees that we have seen so far seem to care a lot.
