I found the care to be of sporadic quality. Some of the homecare aids were very good and some were not. My issue was primarily with office staff. I was billed monthly for an amount that exceeded my Medicaid spend down. They never could explain why the charges were so high. They were also very hard to get a hold of and when they made a major paperwork mistake and forgot to file with Medicaid they cut my hours. It was not my fault they did not turn in the paperwork! I found them not to be competent to be running an agency.

It took them about a month to find a good match caregiver for my mom. Everything is going fine so far, no complaints. Mom likes the caregiver.
