BrightStar Lafayette is wonderful! From the office staff, nurse, and the caregivers, they take great care of my Mom. I never worry about her when I know her caregiver is there. She has one main caregiver and he is amazing! He’s so kind and caring. Anyone she has had does a wonderful job of caring for her. The office staff does an awesome job with her schedule, even at short notice when an appointment comes up. I highly recommend BrightStar!

They could be more consistent with who they send. I don't get the same woman most of the time. They'll go for a while, then they'll quit, and they'll send another one.

They help with all of my needs, from errands to personal to housework. I fell, and the caregiver stayed with me to the end comforting me and caring for me.

They are on time and provide a 24 hour service. They're here during an emergency, and most of the staff who comes in is well-educated and well-dressed. They are also clean and nice. It has taken a load off of my husband because he took care of me 24/7, and now they're here in the morning to help me bathe, get dressed, and get ready for the day.

I have a girl that comes in and does a great job. The services allow me to get things done and lets me do what I have to do outside of the house.

BrightStar Care needs to do what they say they are going to do. BrightStar Care makes my life easier by giving me some spare time to do what I need to do while my loved one is being cared for. I don't know what they could do to make things even easier for me, though.
