Right now my Mom needs total care, help with hygiene, dressing, everything --and they even helped with the laundry --which wasn't expected but greatly appreciated ;) We love the personal home helper and the nurse that came out to do the assessment. everyone has been friendly, professional, punctual and very helpful. We don't know what we would have done without them. I highly recommend this agency

I have BrightStar Care West Lake County for 2 hours every day. They come in, they clean up my husband and then they leave. So they do their job, though he doesn't need a lot of care. We've already been using their services for more than a year. They also do other things, they might make him a light breakfast which is minimal, they'll go get him his shoes and things like that. The caregiver is different every day. I wish I could get a caregiver every day and I don't have to tell them where the silverware is, or the cups are and so on. Every day I have to tell a different person. So nobody gets to know each other or even know where to find the towel, soap, the basin, and everything to wash my husband. In terms of the billing, they take it right out of my visa card. I would recommend them if someone for the most part just needs minimal help. The caregivers are not able to change bandages, or put medicine on, or give someone medicine. Aides can't do that.

I would need to use them more for my life to be easier. They have made my life easier by giving me a break from what I have to do. They are reliable and very nice. All of the caregivers are very nice.
