It allows me to go to the grocery store and other things I need to do knowing he is safe and that has someone to lookout for him. It's difficult for him because he's getting more independent.
I do like how responsive the caregivers are when you ask them for help.

They were helpful to me, as his caretaker, so I can get away.
Some of the caregivers were very good and others were mediocre, but they were very nice. We trusted them.

Most days it's okay. They help me with things like showering and dressing. They help me do some walking exercises.
I like that they are very nice ladies and they try to do the best they can.

It has been a game-changer for the two of us. It has let me be a wife again.
The communication has been outstanding. The match-up with the caregivers to my husband has been spot on. We have had the same consistent caregiver 95% of the time.

They are doing great for the client, for helping her with her therapy. For me, they take a big load off me for help around the house. I really need help on Wednesdays and they can't seem to find someone consistent for that day.
I like that they always have several very professional and helpful caregivers over.

Annie the caregiver that is there four days a week does really well.
They post comments online, the caregiver checks off what happened that day. This keeps us informed, and we are able to communicate through this as well, it is called the family room. The caregiver that is with her four days a week has been really good.

She was not cooperative and did not want them there. What we were hoping for just did not work. She would not let the caregivers assist her in most things.

The service was honestly a nuisance for me. I didn't have 4 hours worth of work for them to do. They did what I asked, though.
We had a different person coming every day, so I never built a friendship with any of them.

When they come at 6 a.m., it helps a lot. They have helped by being here at 6 a.m. and helping him get to the bathroom and giving him breakfast.
It is very rare for me to get someone who starts at 6 in the morning, which is my main time when I need help.

I think it made it easier for all of us. I am trying to work. It has been very stressful for me to get my mom dressed and getting her over to her daycare in a timely fashion. It was invaluable to me. My mom was happier, especially when we got to one person that she could get used to.
I like the attention, the care, and their commitment to getting someone here to help.

They are all fairly young, they have been okay at first, but he is just requiring a lot more personal care now. They are younger and they do not converse that much with him. Some of them have been great and some have been nervous.
We just had somebody different every time. So every time somebody comes I have to re-explain everything, and that is confusing for my husband. The care is fine, I just have to explain every time. I think if it was someone I was familiar with it would be different. Because it is someone new every time, I am not sure what to tell them to do every time.

The guys that they send can handle my brother, he is a big man and I do not have to worry about anything while they are here. I can go do what I need to do.
They are very helpful, if plans have changed they work with me and they make sure that someone is here. I was going on vacation and one of the caregivers got sick and the owner came herself and stayed with my family member, so you cannot ask for more than an owner coming out.

They have helped me out. I am a lone wolf and I live alone so I feel like I have some contact that I could make if I needed someone immediately.
I have talked to a couple of people who have asked me questions about my services. The two things that I wanted most I am not completely satisfied with. I wanted to build a relationship with the caregiver which is helpful.
