Senior Helpers is committed to providing quality, in home, non-medical care for seniors who wish to continue living at home. Many seniors prefer to stay at home, but find that they need some assistance. We provide two levels of service. Companion care is available for those who are independent in their activities of daily living. Services include housekeeping, laundry, linen changing, cooking, grocery shopping, errand running, medicine reminders, and companionship. We also have Personal care, which is for those who need assistance with their activities of daily living. Services include those listed plus assistance with walking, bathing, dressing, and more.
Senior Helpers is licensed by the State of Indiana as a "Personal Services Agency." All of our caregivers are employees, and they are thoroughly screened with reference and criminal background checks. We offer our caregivers health care benefits and regular training, especially in the areas of Alzheimer's and dementia.
Senior Helpers believes that premature institutionalization of our Senior Citizens can be prevented with proper care and assistance. Ultimately, don't we all want to stay in our homes as long as possible? Senior Helpers is here to help.
