If you are looking for consistency look elsewhere. We were told that we would have the same caregiver come daily. Rarely did that happen. I’m not sure what training if any do they provide but some of the caregivers that showed up would not have been capable of caring for a dog let alone my loved one. Luckily a family member was always in the home with the caregiver for us. Highly recommend hidden cameras if you are leaving them alone. Attendance is horrible. No one would show up and the office wouldn’t know until you call them and inquire whether or not someone is coming. It then usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for someone to come. A visit by the company nurse to witness the care between the caregiver and the client lasted approximately one to three minutes. We all use to laugh about it after the nurse left. Never understood what the point of it was. I was very disappointed in this company. They give a beautiful presentation but deliver none of that. I see the commercials for this company and I can guarantee the owner of this company would be horrified if I told her some of the stories of the caregivers that showed up. We were lucky a family member was there to protect.

Continuity of care, like having the same person, would have been helpful. I needed help 3 times a week and they sent me different people every time. I was sent 6 different people and it was hard for me to re-orient the aids every time. I needed someone that could stay here and come back every time so that we could be efficient.
