The caregiver is there from 8-4pm. He has helped by showing him how to do things and letting him slowly be more independent. I have seen at least 4 or 5 caretakers, and they have been awesome. We are very pleased with the services.

The caregivers are excellent and they're well-coordinated from their office. So we get a lot of support from them, and we've been very pleased. They do an excellent job with scheduling and billing.

The night girls just sat there. The day girls had to clean everything up. They didn't like cleaning the dog's room. They complained because the dog's room smelled. Of course it smelled, if they were just putting pads over pads. We had to put a lock on the door because some things were not left in their same place. They never questioned me about why I was getting after the girls. I would have liked to tell them that these girls were not well trained.
