I have been using Compassionate Care Services - Rockford, IL for three weeks now. They are very good. They're doing some personal care, laundry, and companionship for my mom. She's in a facility where she gets some supportive services, but I have Compassionate Care basically as a supplement. They come in for three hours a day and two days a week. The first caregiver didn't work out, but the second one could be a good choice. The management has been great.

They were great with communication and they provided the care that he needed. They could be more informative about what's going on from the day to day.

He is afraid to ask his caregiver to won't tell her to do anything because she might quit. They could do better because he never had the same caregiver, and be more consistent.

The agency is helpful by letting me know that she has companionship especially when I can not be there with her. They give her mental simulation. I like that they are on time, show up, attentive to my sister, they engage her in activities, and they are present when they are there.
