I went through 2 other agencies before my friend referred me to Homewatch Caregivers. They really took the time to find the right caregiver for my father. He is very happy with his caregiver. On the rare occasion his caregiver is not available, the alternate girls have been good. The office staff is accomodating to my father's schedule. We really loved that we had someone there we could trust during this winter vortex to ensure my father was safe.

Zahra and her office team worked very efficiently to ensure to provide a team of compassionate caregivers for my mother. As my mother's dementia progressed the care progressed with it and always put my dad at ease.

I would definitely hire them again. The care they gave my father during his illness was such a blessing for everyone. Zahra & the caregivers were kind & compassionate. They went up and above our expectations of a home care provider.

I dealt with the managing director of Homewatch Caregivers, and she was effective, very personable, and was very concerned about my husband’s needs. Overall, the company was good, and the person they sent was helpful.
She didn’t do very much because what she was supposed to do is keep my husband safe, and that was done well. Scheduling was fine.

We hired Homewatch CareGivers. They were very thorough and helped me a lot with the insurance. They’re definitely good with that. They answered all of our questions. They spent a lot of time meeting with my dad and with myself. The lady caregiver worked really well with my dad. I like that the second day, she had already taken him out to shopping and to the bank. It has been really good.

We hired Homewatch CareGivers for my dad. It’s been three months since we hired them. I chose them because they have Spanish-speaking caregivers and because they also have male caregivers. They are always one time and very helpful. I feel safe with them for my father.

Homewatch provided 24 hours care for our mother for many months. As a family of healthcare professionals, I was extremely impressed by the compassion and care provided. I believed Homewatch met every standard of care possible. I feel on many occassions, the staff and management went above and beyond what as required of them. We were glad we chose Homewatch and Zahra. Staff provided wonderful care and service and would give my highest recommendations for referrals.
