They can also help you cook, do light housekeeping, or help you get dressed and so forth. I need them right now for myself, to cook. On one day the caregiver comes in and cook meals for the week. The caregiver that comes in is great. I chose them because you didn't have to commit to 4 hours a day, you could do it 2 hours a day or once a week if you want. That was a nice flexible approach that I liked. The communication with the agency is good and easy.
