The caregivers that have not been a good fit need to work on being willing to do things and not just sit. Some caregivers are a good fit and some are not a good fit.

One of the people Open Arms Solutions sent seemed unqualified as they walked into my home without a mask and didn't know what they were doing, but we did have one good person.

My father is a current client of Open Arms, and I don't know what we would do without them. My father has been diagnosed with dementia, and it has been challenging. I'm trying to juggle him and three kids, (well, four if you count my husband) and sometimes it's just too much. The owner herself came out to meet my dad before we even got started. Dad loves his caregiver, Ola. She's incredibly warm, attentive, and proactive. I would recommend this agency to anyone whose parent is struggling with dementia. It's given me a break while knowing my dad is in good hands.

My dad was constantly in and out of the hospital. We just wanted someone for short and temporary service. Open Arms were very flexible and were really there for us during difficult times. The manager was so helpful. They really care what we want, finding the right person that would provide the caregiving.

We found them through my friend who knew of Julie's mother. She was top of the list. She was fantastic from the get-go. They were right on. My husband's cancer is now in remission. We were going home and I needed a caregiver. Within 24 hours there was somebody in our hospital room interviewing us and we were interviewing them. They were very thorough and very lovely. When we arrived home, they were right on. They sent us some lovely people. We had 12 hour care from 8:00 at night until 8:00 in the morning. They were fabulous.
