The problem is, is that there is so much red tape, and that makes caring for the individual difficult. The caregiver that we have now really cares.

It is difficult. I can't rely on them. I don't know if someone will be here. They are having a difficult time getting an aid who can fulfill my husbands needs. I am on my 4th aide in the last 2 months.

The most helpful part of the care is the caregiver that they've sent me. I would tell a friend that they send caregivers that can support me.

I have less guilt not being home right away from work. I do daycare. It is good to have someone here and not have to rush back home. They are willing to do whatever they need to do. I don't know what their rules, but so far nothing hasn't been allowed.

The services have improved my daily life. I like that they show up when they're supposed to.

They send someone over which is a huge help. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

It's very helpful. She's very capable. I like that they're very good and willing to adjust their schedule to what I needed.

They do things that we don't have to do around the house. They've been very understanding. The person they've sent out has been very good.

They are able to help me with all the chores that need to be done. I can't handle all the phone calls, they all can be a bit cumbersome.

They are making sure someone is there to receive the things that he needs. They have done a good service for my brother. I would tell them who to be in contact with, what to ask for and have them do an in home care visit. They are there for me. They are willing to work with me.
