One thing they do well is engage with my husband in a meaningful way.
They could improve the record keeping and reporting to the insurance agency.

Without them, I wouldn't be able to help other people in my family. I'm only one person and they help me get other things done.
I like that they are compassionate and they go out of their way to make sure that the hours are met. So far, everyone's been really nice.

They have helped the most with scheduling.
I have doctor appointments and have to schedule around those, so they work with me.
