The nursing, therapists and dietician were good. The aides were not so good.
They say that they will come between 8 and 11 which is a long time to wait.

We went away for a bit but knowing that she is being taken care of was great, and she was able to have the same person.
The lady who came was personable and bubbly, and she interacted with my aunt.

When the contract was signed, they didn't get the people they needed, they had to get other people from other places to temporarily help us. We were with them for a short time so we did not get much experience with them.
I think Marc was great, he gave me temporary ones that were only here for 5 days and different people at different times which was not easy for us. I wanted one person and not so many people that had to be trained every time.

At the time, I needed help and they provided help. It was good help too. I was sick so she helped me with the laundry. They would clean up the house.
I liked the aide. I liked the service that we received. They let us know what was going on.

My daily life would be really sucky if it weren't for someone coming in. Without their care, I wouldn't be moving at all.

The regular caregiver is great and does little things for me, and mostly they take care of my loved one.
The caregiver taking care of my loved one, is not reliable, so they have to get someone else, which is stressful for me since I have work too.

We had been working with Synergy HomeCare, and so far, we are happy with them. They made sure dad takes his medication, has meals, helps housekeeping, does some laundry, feeds the cats -- just making sure everything is in order. We had a couple of caregivers, and they are very good. They are very thorough and made an effort to establish a good relationship with him and keep him engaged.

I found Synergy online and it so happened that they were in the area. They're the only ones that made you sign a contract with a reasonable price. I've talked to the owner and he's very nice. We've been using them for a couple of years now for my grandfather. They come over every morning and evening for an hour or 2 hours each time. The caregivers have been very good.

Synergy Homecare was great. They did a good job in taking care of my mom. The caregiver was wonderful. She's Nigerian and can speak good English. I love the way she interacts with mom. She's personable, caring and responsible.

We had a variety of caregivers, all of whom expressed care and concern for Mom and were professional caregivers. If a caregiver could not be there, someone has always filled in and I was informed. Mom was afraid to be alone (she had experienced some falls) and she (and I) felt more secure knowing a caregiver was there. I wish I could have met all her caregivers personally. I felt that I could trust Synergy to care for any loved one or myself because qualified, caring people would be there for us.
Mark is very understanding. He did everything he could even though my mom wasn't the easiest person to work with.
Thank you, all Synergy employees who interacted with Mom, for making her final days as smooth and peaceful as possible.
