Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

She gets me completely dressed. She shaves me and gives me a shower, and I couldn't ask for more.
The one that takes care of me in the morning is exceptional. She gives me a shave, a shower, and throws on my hearing aid. She took care of me.

The last person that came was never on time, and she did try. She cleaned up, but she wasn't the best.

I am distressed with them as they haven't told me about any changes with the caregiver. The manager has taken notes on what I like and don't like.

She comes in the morning, wakes him up, gets him showered, dressed, and gives him breakfast. It is done in an orderly fashion.
They do everything that they promise they will do. The caregiver shows up at the right time. She handles showering and giving him breakfast. Everything seems to be in order.

At that time, there wasn't always someone home, so it helped me out to get errands done and have the ability to be out by myself.

My dad, young and active, was unfortunately hit by a car. He was in the hospital and rehab and came home after almost 2 months. We decided to go with Right at Home based on reviews online. After multiple instances of a caregiver not showing up without warning, we never had anyone reach out to explain or talk anything over. We received a termination notice without even a conversation. We are actually relieved to not be working with them but the disrespect has been very hard to tolerate. My dad and your loved ones deserve much better.

The lady only works 2 days a week, but she is very helpful when she is here. I have a very bad back, and she helps me a lot with that. She helps me out a lot with all my daily errands, including shopping and cooking. I'd like to receive more days a week. Of the days she is here, it's outstanding.
The lady that I have been assigned to is very good. She willingly goes a long with all the projects I ask her to do.

They take care of my wife mostly. There are a few times when the person scheduled to pick me up didn't show up.
We keep telling them that we have pets, but they keep sending people that are afraid of dogs and allergic to cats.

I don't know if I want people around all the time. I fall sound asleep, and I don't know what people are doing. No one has bothered me, but I fall asleep so fast.

Without having care this weekend, I found it almost impossible to survive.
I like the fact that the individual caregivers I have are very helpful. I have one who comes five days a week, and she was excellent. I had one caregiver who was great and came on the weekends, but she stole money from me.

We've had very good luck with the caretakers. They're responsible and I feel good about them being with my aunt. Some of them I've liked more than others, but I haven't disliked any of them. I like that they're professional and I feel like I can trust them in the house. They seem to really care for my aunt. I couldn't have a daily life without them. They take care of my aunt so that I don't have to. They're with her all the time. They're keeping her out of a nursing home.
