All Trust Home Care did great. They were awesome. They were referenced by the place where my parent were staying. My parents seemed happy enough with them.

I used All Trust Home Care for about six weeks. They weren’t stimulating mom. They would bathe her and help her dress. I would set the food out for breakfast and lunch and they would get it ready for her. She could eat by herself and then they basically were just sitting with her all day watching TV, and that was really not what we wanted. They were flexible to my needs, and billing was not an issue. We had a wonderful woman starting out, and then they pulled her after 2 weeks. We started another one who knew very little English, and my mom is hard of hearing and couldn’t understand her, so then we had to go with a third person. Within six weeks, we had trained three different people which became a bit of a pain.
