It took all the pressure off. They were flexible. We were able to make a change basically the next day.

My mother feels comfortable calling the director if there is a problem with the schedule. Monica is very open to my mother's phone calls. I like that the caregivers they provided for my mom have been great, and she is receiving good from them.

I'm able to go out and not be afraid because I know someone is there to watch him. I've already recommended them because I knew they'd take good care of them.

They have helped me with transfers since I have difficulty with it right now. I would like them to hire more staff to be available to people when they need them.

They've made the experience positive by being able to help me with any adjustments that I need done. They always make sure to have someone there on time. I like how they are always very cooperative when there are changes that are needed and they send really great people.

They were fantastic to us, she tried to work with all of our needs. But he was not working with the caregiver because of his disease. I was very pleased with them. They were helpful in every way. They did their best to please us.

I would like them to go to the store for me. I would like BrightStar to send me someone who can drive for me, so I don't have to do it myself. They should have at least one caregiver who can drive.

They have sent really helpful people most of the time. They're adaptable to when we need help and the hours we need help.

They are cautious about everything they do. They come every day and when they say they are coming they come on time.

She needed full-time care. We couldn't have done it without their help. We were happy with the care my mom got. They were very easy to work with. Monica got back to me very quickly if I had questions.

They take care of our dad and they give us time to do our own thing, and we can be confident that he is being taken care of. They are reliable and they have good communication and good caregivers.

I think they were supposed to provide light cleaning but that didn't happen. We didn't have a consistent caregiver.

They feed him and make sure he is satisfied with the food. I guess they could be more demanding about making sure my step-father takes care of his hygiene.

If I have any questions, they explain and go through everything, they make it easier and more convenient for me. I have had two different nurses who are polite and know what they are doing.

My mother is bedridden, so it is great that the girls talk to her and make her feel at home. It depends on who was working for us. They show a lot of care and interest for my mother. They really took care of her and met her needs.

They helped me put medication on my skin. They wiped my hands up, washed them, and took care of them. I feel like they were concerned about the patients. They were on time. I have never had a problem with them. The communication seemed to be good.

They were reliable and came when they said they would. They also informed us before coming. I liked the way they cared and cleaned up after they changed him. They also asked for a bag to store the contaminated items. They were clean, nice, and friendly.

The biggest way they make a difference is the way they take care of my dad. I especially appreciate the way that they work with their clients to make sure everyone is happy. I am especially impressed with the management.

The services help because the caregivers are great and they do take care of my loved one. I think the agency could improve by being honest with their communication regarding the caregivers. There are some things I am being told by them that haven't been true. I would like them to be more upfront and honest in general. They could have a better orientation for the new caregivers that come. They haven't known information about my loved one or where things are like I think they should.

The health aid does things that I would normally do and it saves me time. I have no opinion about the agency it is just the caregiver.

He has to have it, and it is keeping him alive. I wish it costed less money. I like that they are prompt when they come. They take the wheelchair out. They watch him when he goes downstairs.

They can hire more full-time people. The inconsistency of the caregivers coming was frustrating. I can't leave the house because I was always having to train somebody else.

It is much easier with them. It was too difficult for me to do it by myself. I appreciate everything they do for me because I really need someone. I am happy with them because caregivers are always provided when I need them, and they come on time. They have provided people who can help with my needs.

Just by being here, they are able to get his supplies and change him. They get him his vitamins and water. This all helps so I can run errands. They keep sending me different people. I do not appreciate that because they do not know the house and the different things for my husband. When I ask for someone I want, I do not get them.

The impact is positive. They do have good people, but we have had too many caregivers since we started with them. They need more consistency with scheduling. We had 10 people and now we don't have anyone. There are too many caregivers.

It was big because it allowed me to continue working with the knowledge that someone was with my loved one. The people were great and kept me informed. They let me know what they would be doing for us, and I though that was outstanding. We weren't just sitting around wondering.

I would tell a friend that they are CNA certified, and they have quality caregivers. It is a little stressful because it took them a few weeks to get the schedule straight. They consistently had different caregivers coming in, but they fixed that.

I always deal with the owner of the franchise and when I speak with her, I notice she has a really good background. I'm 68 years old and live alone and I chose not to really ask for a lot of favors from my friends so I try to deal with the owner so I'm just paying for a service.

I like the caregiver I have from BrightStar Care because I can trust her. There is nothing BrightStar Care can do. The VA just won't let us have more time with the caregiver.
