Visiting Angels has been great in providing Home Care service for my Mother. She is 93 and needs help around the house with cleaning, laundry, and shopping. The Agents have all been really wonderful. VA has provided a good match for my Mother's needs. VA was very flexible with our schedule requirements and it has been a pleasure working with them. Staff is very prompt and efficient.

The consideration for choosing Visiting Angels as a provider for my mother is that, first and foremost, they seem like a good Christian-based outfit. You can use them four hours a day, two hours a day, and eight hours a day. They're very, very flexible. They are trained. The whole system seems to be based on integrity. It works out well for us so far. My mother has them for almost three years now. She can call for a doctor appointment, they come and pick her up and take her to the doctor and they charge $20 an hour. So far, they have been really good. They brought three or four people at the time and then Mom sort of bonded with one or two of them, so she is very happy right now.

Visiting Angels is perfect. The staff is very good to my mother. They took care and monitored all her needs. They're just great and we're very happy with it. What I really like about them is that the owner came out to the house and he met us and my mother. He also sent the girl that helped us so that she will know where to go and be safe. They all knew exactly what we expected before the girl ever came here and when she came, she was fantastic. The whole thing is nice, professional and worked out really well. I would certainly recommend Visiting Angels.
