I'm not there so it makes me feel comfortable that somebody is there but I don't have a day to day interaction with them. I don't need that and I know that Vincent has reported on the family page, but I can't say way or the other.
I think the people that have been assigned to John have a good relationship with him. Vincent is his caregiver.

We know that our aunt is safe while we live out of state.
They do what we ask, and Sari is very happy, healthy and they do a good job. That is what is important to us.

They are always here if I need help or if I fall.
For the most part, all the services have been good.

They take care of my aunt who has Alzheimer's so I don't have to worry.
They are very reliable.

They are easy to deal with because they are friendly. A lot of what the caregiver does is physical therapy. He works out with me.

I think they have excellent training, and I think they are responsive to my needs. They make my life much more comfortable.

When there is any issue with my aunt's health the nurse goes with her and I get input. Their communication within their organization is wonderful. I don't worry. They take care of things and I am always kept in the loop.

Each girl from Comfort Keepers has been excellent. They have been a big help. They are skillful and understanding.

All of the people at Comfort Keepers seem to know how to do things well that need to be done. Comfort Keepers makes life easier because the things I can't do are done quite well.

Comfort Keepers' management is wonderful, and I like the way it is run. They are very good at responding, and I like that. The most helpful part about the service from Comfort Keepers is having two extra hands to help me with my husband, and I can get a break.
