The caregivers could have known what they were doing more and known what they were supposed to do. I wanted someone to walk with me.
They need more training and better caregivers.

I never went into the hospital with them. They got me food to eat. They cleaned up my room and ran the vacuum.
If I called and the person wasn't here, Nick would always find someone else to come.

She helped her do everything. My mother-in-law needed help to organize her things and take care of her things. They covered everything.
The caregivers they sent out were very nice. My mother-in-law really liked them.

I was able to go out.
We used them for six weeks and the caregiver came over and just sat with my husband. I liked that she was reliable and it worked out fine.

We were able to get somebody right away when we were in a tight spot. The caregiver couldn't drive and that was a bit of a problem. That would have been a benefit because my father is also ill.
I thought the price we were paying was a little high. We also had an issue with the caregiver with throwing wipes in the toilet and it backed up.

They are able to be at the facility with my uncle. It frees me up from finding someone else to do it.
They are easy to work with. They have been pretty reliable. There have been a couple of incidents where the staff member didn't show up. The facility would call me and the person didn't come and then I would have to call or text SYNERGY to get someone else to show.

It's been very positive. When we get the caregivers that are good and easy to get along with, it makes the day go that much better. They do meal prep, make sure my loved one has what she needs. They keep up on the housecleaning. It lets me off for a few hours.
It depends on who they send. I would like to see more consistency, as far as the skill level of the caregivers goes. We are getting there. Some are better than others.

Most of the time when I go out, he is in bed or getting ready for bed. I am not hiring them to provide intellectual or emotional stimulation. My knowing that I can go out and go to the theater with friends and just be gone. He is safe and well taken care of. He has a positive impact on my life.
They are very responsive, even at the last minute, and I like the quality of the caregivers.

I appreciate the individualized care that they provide. They are honest and trustworthy. I also like that they are flexible; I don't have to sign up for the exact same time every week.

Synergy provided people willing to work and cleaned our house good but to be honest My Mom wanted people just to be in the room with her and talk.
The Synergy people were very good at that a job is one thing being personable with a dementia patient with mood swings can be very trying Viviana and Heather were the best.

Having the care means I don't have to be here with him all the time.
They are always very helpful in listening to what we want. I'm not sure if we need higher level care, and we'll have to see if they can accommodate for that or not.

During the time my father has allowed the caregiver to come in, it has helped him get moving. They clean and talk with him.
There is one person in the office who has been tremendously patient and accommodating. My parent isn't always on board with receiving care, and she has been great with late night and last minute calls.

The care was great and the owner keeps in touch with me. I would like more male caregivers because my father has dementia and he starts losing his filter.

They provide Judy with some company. She doesn't have any medical problems, she just has memory problems. It provides her with some company and someone that she can talk with and feel like she's interacting. They bring up memories and things like that, so it's very helpful.
They're very reliable. We've only had one or two incidences where something happened. Last Thursday no one showed up so we had to call and they sent someone out an hour later. The caregiver had forgotten about her time there. That is just one incidence that occurred. Most of the time they are spot on.

They should learn how to submit insurance claims. The caregivers that are sent are very good, but they should work on the capability of the caregivers sent. The reason why I requested the services is to help my loved one in the morning and the evenings, and that they have been able to do without any hesitations. The impact is what I anticipated.

SYNERGY HomeCare came to my rescue when I needed help. Other agencies couldn't provide me caregivers last minute, but SYNERGY HomeCare sent them the next day. Having caregivers who show up when we plan on it makes a difference.
