CHOICES Care Services is a program of Opportunities Unlimited, Inc., a private Non-profit corporation in business since 1976. Our caregivers our Certified Companion Care Aids. Our goal is to help individuals stay as independent as they can, for as long as they can, by providing as little, or as much help as is needed (from 2 hours to 24/7 care). We help individuals who are elderly, disabled, or maybe recovering from surgery or an illness to remain in their own homes by providing help with tasks like:

• Meal preparation
• Grocery shopping or other errands
• Companionship
• Transportation and assistance at healthcare appointments
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Bathing assistance
• Medication reminders
• Safety oversight

CHOICES also offers affordable day time care in our center based adult enrichment program. Where individuals can socialize and have fun in a safe environment.
