There's not much of an impact anymore because I have not had them in the last while. I also did not know what to expect when we first had them but now I have a better idea of how its going to go. I like Alex and Tina, they are awesome.

We trained a caregiver and then a few days later they left so now we have to get someone else. I spent a lot of time training that first person. They follow through and make sure someone is always there.

I'm not able to cook and clean the house and they do that for me and it makes my life easier. I like pretty much everything. The only complaint I have is that if one of the girls is gone, then the release workers aren't taught what they are supposed to do. I'd like it to be the same person.

This made a huge difference that we didn't have to worry and my mom didn't have to worry about being taken care of while we were at work. The caregivers that I kept were very caring, they took extremely good care of my mom, and when I had a provider that was not a good fit they were quick to change.

He has a garden that he needs to water and the caregiver has helped him or done it for him when he has gone outside, so that is a real plus. We have trashes in the bathroom that need emptied, but I think he only does that once a week. I think that better trained helpers would be a real asset. Sometimes it seems like they haven't had any real training at all.

She had some great caregivers. They just followed the schedule. They helped by taking her to doctor's appointments and walks. They gave her companionship. The gal that runs the scheduling shouldn't be doing it. She wasn't very good with customer service or being professional.

They have helped me with everything. It's different every day. They take care of me when I have accidents. She'll come right away and change me. It is great. She is just wonderful. They listen to the caregivers and keep me and my caregiver informed. It just is a wonderful company. The people are friendly and wonderful.

Mom's condition has deteriorated. They were there to do what they were supposed to do, but it's more about their condition. I had an issue at the very beginning and they took care of it right away. They seem to be honest and caring.

It is an essential service. I have had no problems at all with them. It allowed me to not be in assisted living because they could come in and do the medications. I would definitely recommend them. They were a big help to me. They do whatever you need and are very reliable and dependable.

At the time I hired these people, she was already not doing very well. There were several times I had to get up in the night to help them because she wanted me. I hired them to help me get some sleep. I had several new caregivers come in, and every time new ones came in, I had to teach them everything about my mother. One person couldn't get her out of bed. One of them refused to change her briefs at night. That's what I hired them for. I found out another company would have been cheaper

Home Helpers of Nampa were wonderful, very positive, professional, and thorough. They came in, they gave us a really good briefing, and an overview of what they offer. They helped us figure out what Dad needed for Mom. They provided supervision every night for a week so my dad could rest (because my mom was up a lot at night and not during the day). Everything was fine. I would recommend them. They're really professional. If you don't like the particular caregiver they switch them out immediately. They were very responsive.

I think part of it is the limitations of what they caregiver could do. My mother wasn't comfortable with sitting, and the caregiver wasn't able to do what she needed. Next time I would like to have an interview with the person who is coming before they got started. My mother just wasn't responsive to the care like we hoped.

This help takes a lot off me because I have a bad heart, and I can't take care of her as good as she needs. It makes a big difference. The caregiver comes by and makes her breakfast and lunch, takes her to get her medicine, and looks after her needs. I really don't have any problems with them. From what I understand, this is going to be reinstated. I got a call from Medicaid who said everything is going to continue on.

I enjoy having my aides. I think they help me the most by just showing up, talking me, and keeping me active. They do the little things that I cannot do. It helps me from getting depressed. With the two caregivers I have, I would recommend them. They could also come more often.
