This company is like a rudderless ship. They are nor responsive to their clients wishes. There is no way to contact anyone in management. I called their national management team and only connected to voice mail with no response or call back. I finally severed relationship with Assisting Hands and have had no communication with them since. As a company they just don't care.

The caregivers are very compassionate. My mom had the beginning stages of Alzheimers and was not always the easiest person to get along with. They took their time with her and showed compassion. I would recommend them to anyone.
