This agency is absolutely AWFUL!!!!!!!I would not even ask these idiots to take care of my cat or dog let alone a human/ in this case me, I have found myself in need of in home help @ age 47 unfortunately. They are rude, unorganized & send caregivers with no experience. I had one gal that showed daily @ least 2 hours late & another that showed with no car insurance and also nearly took out our carport, I only had one good caregiver loved him & they suddenly pulled him yesterday for good with no explanation! I have since left this crazy agency, Amanda that took my calls has no idea what she is doing & is unsupportive over the phone & also very rude. And no one has any clue how to create a weekly schedule properly. I absolutely do not recommend this agency, you will have an uphill battle. I tried for 3 months to smooth things out, the caregivers even complain about how they are treated & what they deal with daily. Stay away, and if you do go in so so with eyes wide open! This place sucks!!!!!!!!

We hired Aging Better In Home Care for my husband. The caregiver does the transferring, exercise, getting him ready to get out of bed, transfer him to the bathroom, do all the washing up, brushing his teeth, putting his lotion on, and change his clothing. Our caregiver has personality and was able to relate to my husband.
