Superior Care Iowa is absolutely the best. All the caregivers are loving, respectful and professional. Superior Care Iowa customizes care for each individual. The caregivers come into my home so we can observe them with my mother. My mother is 95 years old and we ask for her to be stimulated as well as taken care of physically. She can't see much so it is a challenging task. Each caregiver has a little different approach but everyone has fun with it and my mother smiles every day! In addition to our observations, I have had comments from her hairdresser and her chiropractor about how great the staff is with her. To top it off, everyone at Superior Care Iowa understands the needs of the family as well. That attitude starts at the top with Susan, the owner.
