Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I wish I could have them every day of the week because I don't have anybody to talk to. Their company as well as taking me places and help me is nice.

The caregiver would come over to watch my loved one that is in a wheelchair and home-bound so that I can have free time to run errands, which is really helpful, and my loved one likes her a lot.
They are always on time and there to help with whatever you need, so I'd certainly recommend them.

I am not sure how my caregivers could have a greater impact. They have helped the most with the availability for my husband to go get things done that he can't normally.
They're not always here when they say they're going to be. They're late a lot of the time.

Putting the compression stockings on and dressing me is a great help. Caregivers can complete that in 10 minutes versus 30 minutes for the caregivers from other establishments.

Half the time dad doesn't know if they're coming, but he does enjoy them coming. The caregiver does talk to him and spend time with him.

The schedule is very consistent, and so we can step out of the house and know they will be here and take good care of him.
The company lets me know ahead of time if someone won't be able to make it to an appointment. They never cancel last minute.

I broke my leg last semester and I have needed help. There has only been one time they weren't able to help.
Everyone has been professional. One of my issues with my prior agencies was the fact that they didn't know how to manage and were not professional. Right at Home is organized and they're able to take care of everything. I haven't had any problems.

I don't believe they vet the caregivers. Some caregivers were dressed poorly, poor hygiene, raggedly dressed, and had dirty clothing. There were some good caregivers. The caregivers didn't look ready for the position.
