The agency's representative came and interviewed me to assess what I was needing in a home caregiver. She was very pleasant and listened to my requests and wanted to make sure I had a caregiver that matched the requirements needed to care for my husband. I only had one provider from this company and she came for only one day. The caregiver was very nice and attentive to my husband. She was inexperienced but the agency gave her a care plan to follow, which she did.
