Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I am partially paralyzed. There are things I can't do for myself. They do things I can't do myself. They keep me clean.
They don't have a lot of caregivers where I live. It makes it hard to staff.

They are helping my husband who is sick. They help me in my daily chores and that is good. They are not just helping the patient, but are also doing the dishes, vacuuming, and stuff like that.
They can always be better and can learn to do better.

They have consistent care. The caregivers give quality care. I enjoy working with Meagan who is the director. She always ensures that my parents have consistent care. That is important from the top down.
I wish they could have more staff available They do very well though. If they had more staff they would be an exceptional company.

Over the past year, we have had 2 in-home health providers, 0 stars for the first. Right at Home has been superior in helping my wife recover from a fall. The 2 RAH staff members are empathic, caring, always on time, etc.

They have been on time. So far, it has been great.
They have changed owners. The current owner has only been around for several weeks. They are punctual and the communication has been good. If you have somebody in your home that is disabled, it's important that they are punctual. The ladies that come, come before the time. You don't have to rush with them to explain what they need to do. They are knowledgeable and you don't have to go into a lot of detail about what he needs. I like that they know what their job is. You just have to say what type of person they are and what they need. My husband likes them.

They did really well. We especially liked one person because he was very friendly and accommodating. He would run around and get things for me.

I have been using Right at Home for two months now. A woman comes to my home twice a week to take me to the park to walk, do stuff for my motor skills, and my endurance. She helps me basically with physical therapy. We walk on hard pavements, grass, up-and-down hills. I feel great now. She is a very nice person. We are getting along good. She is very attentive. She always makes me feel that I am not in a situation where I’m going to get hurt. She lets me do anything, but she’s just right beside me to make sure that nothing goes wrong. She corrects me if I am doing something that is not ordinary. Right at Home are really good people. I don’t have problems with them at all. I am very pleased with their service. Joann, my therapist; she’s always on time. She never complains about anything. She’s very professional.

Right at Home is very good. I have them for a couple of days a week, four hours a day. The caregivers are very nice. They seem to know what they are doing. They would give my husband his medicines, make sure he eats his meals, help him in the bathroom, and help him get dressed. They volunteer to do light housekeeping too. They were easy to work with, and they found me a caregiver right away.
