They just basically look after him, and do what he asks. I never have to worry about anybody they send. I'm confident in them.

Have been using 4 Seasons Home Care for four years. They are wonderful to work with. Everyone is considerate and helpful. Have had the same caregiver for the last two years. Aubrey takes wonderful care of my husband. He does everything that is required and more. He is always cheerful and willing to help in any way he can. He makes my life so much easier and my husband is always happy when he is here. Thank you for being there for us.

We had 4seasons for a little over a year and they provided excellent service. My mom is 93 and legally blind and the employee, Stacey, was very patient and kind to her. I still work so it is difficult for me to see mom more than 1-2 times a week, so Stacey was available to take her to her doctor appts. and to stores close by her house. We have since moved my mom into assisted living, but my mom definitely appreciated Staceys time.

We have used 4 Seasons Home Care for the past six months and have been very pleased with every aspect of the service. We are much better now, and do not require as much help, but I would highly recommend this company and especially Brandy Coker for future employment!! She is a WONDERFUL caregiver!!

4 Seasons Home Care has diligently worked with us since our mother was released from the hospital in February and then to rehab until going home in early April. The owner met us at the rehab and then again at mom's residence to answer all of our questions and review the service agreement before any commitment. The nurse assistants have been wonderful, gentle and supportive as our time schedules and needs shifted based on my mother’s changing status. Recently, the schedule has become more settled now and we have had the same nurse assistant for the past two months who is fantastic! Professional, reliable, and warmly courteous. She engages our mother in a manner that recognizes mom's intelligence. She also knows how to respect our mother's privacy, never over-stepping. Always easy to communicate with, 4 Seasons has made our lives much easier during this trying period.

I can’t begin to say enough about our family’s exceptional experience with the care and professional attention 4 Seasons provided for my family, but more so to the extensive care that was provided to both of my elderly parents. We started out with shorter shifts but as their needs increased, we had full day, round-the-clock in-home care provided by wonderful and experienced caregivers. It was such a relief to the rest of our family to have the assistance my parents needed. We eventually had to expand to a 24/7 round the clock in home care. The office staff and nurses were working with us at every turn we took. I have referred 4 Seasons Home Care many times to others with the full confidence that they can and will meet every need. There just aren’t enough words I can write to express my heartfelt thanks to them with everything they have done to help our family.

After my mom fell and fractured her hip, we contracted 4 Seasons Home Care to help prevent future falls. The caregiver proved to be inattentive and my mom fell again in her presence, resulting in another fracture, this time to her arm. The service was very expensive and did not provide the peace of mind we hoped for. Quite the reverse. My family will not be using this service again or recommending it after our experience.

I can't say enough about the attention and care that this amazing organization did for our family. Their entire staff are the most caring and professional individuals and were so thoughtful in placing the right caregiver for my brother when he was ill. It was a hard situation for our family and they were able to turn things around and make a huge difference in my brother’s life. His caregivers were so sensitive to his needs, patient and kind. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Home Care!!

4 Seasons provides essential home care for my parent-in-laws. Since I work during the day, they provide me with the critical assistance I need to keep this elderly couple together. They each need different assistance and the skilled aids provide excellent care for both. My schedule often changes and they are always available to service us, even at the last minute. I couldn't do this without them

I found 4 Seasons Home Care on line and when I called I spoke with a JoAn in the office and she gave me some great information and was able to answer several questions I had in regards to Home Care, it was very helpful. After a few days of discussing with my sister on what we wanted to do for our mother, I then called 4 Seasons Home Care back. Then had the RN & Owner, Lou Ann, come out to evaluate our mother. Once that was done we decided that we would start with a caregiver three days a week. The caregiver that showed up was an Angel, very sweet, patient and got along with our mother very well. So I have to say 4 Seasons has been helpful to my sister and I in helping out with our mother. Even the staff in the office is always very helpful and caring. Thank you 4 Seasons for being a lifesaver for our family.

My Mom was 95 when we selected 4 Seasons Home Care of Marietta to begin providing in-home care services for her. She was at a point where she could not take care of her personal activities. At all times 4 Seasons Care Givers were on schedule to give her the care she needed as well as the personal interactions to keep her attention during the day. They became part of our family. It sure did help her kids to know we had such loving caregivers there to help her. The entire staff from Owner to RN, to office staff to caregivers were always available to us. She is gone now but they cared for her until her last days. Thank you 4 Seasons Home Care.

We had an amazing experience with Four Seasons and I would highly recommend them. LuAnn and JoAnn were absolutely amazing to work with. They answered all questions, filled all our requests, checked on how things were going, answered calls promptly and were patient with my mom and dad. We contacted Four Seasons after my mom who suffered from congestive heart failure and COPD fell. The love and care provided by Marianne and Mimi for my mom was incredible.!!! Mimi was with us for 3-4 weeks and lived in my parents home and she was truly an angel sent to us from heaven. After my mom passed, four seasons continued to work with us to find the best care for my 88 year old dad who was lost without his bride of 64 years. Mimi who was like family returned to care for my dad. Unfortunately, my father fell and broke his hip and was in the hospital for almost two weeks. Again, four seasons worked with us and provided care takers for a night shift to make sure my dad was loved, cared for and properly attended to. I highly recommend four seasons. We had a wonderful experience!

LuAnn and her staff do an excellent job placing caregivers with clients. I am always in the know about my Mom and her caregiver is wonderful. Appreciate the customer/client care and quarterly nurse/home assessments. Well done. Highly recommend.

They meet my needs each time they come. They have also call or come out to see how things are going with their caregivers and ask if there is anything they could do to improve the service. They keep me informed about when people are coming if I request a change in my schedule. I just think it is a very good service and they have been a very good company to work with. The providers who come to the house are great. I don't know how to explain it. It has just been a GREAT experience.

LouAnn and company have been tremendous - while we just got started with them the personal care giver they matched for my 88 year old mom was perfect.

We choose Four Seasons Home Care, Inc. for my mom because they offer an hourly basis with one hour minimum and everybody else have four hour minimum. It's been very good. They come in give her a bath, make her bed and clean the kitchen. My mom is very happy with them and they are doing a good job.

The owners of this company personally check on each of their clients and help with solving problems of having an elderly person in your home.

Staff is well-trained, well-screened, and well-matched to client needs. Someone can ALWAYS be reached in case of emergency.

I was having such a hard time trying to take care of my mother while juggling my other responsibilities and commitments with work and taking care of my own kids. It had become so unmanageable and thank goodness 4 Seasons was able to provide the home care assistance we needed to put our life back into balance. Lou Ann is the owner who personally came to meet with me and my mom initially and she is always available whenever we need to speak with her. She has educated us on a lot of things we were not aware of like VA home care benefits to help pay for her care. The caregiver we have is wonderful, caring and has really improved my mother’s physical condition with daily exercises and making sure she is eating well and drinking enough water. They take walks together and she takes my mom to the Dorothy Benson Senior Center for classes and lunches. My mom looks forward to having her come each day and it is a huge relief knowing my mom is being cared for while I’m taking care of other responsibilities. I would recommend 4 Seasons Home Care to anyone looking for the best care for their family.
