He was comfortable with the person. they were able to take him to the store and were available and do things that he couldn't do on his own.

It's helped me a lot. Their coming in takes a lot of stress of of us.

I think if they followed the plan on the have whiteboard things would improve.
Communication within the primary care provider. The substitutes are not always aware of the services needed.

They worked with several people here so my sister could find someone that she clicks with and she has a great sense of humor. It's very important for my sister to trust and feel good with people.
I would recommend them. My sister is not the easiest person in the world and it takes a certain person to care for her. They've tried to make a good match and we finally found our current caregiver. She is just wonderful.

They give the client daily baths, feed him lunch, and exceed his needs, so the family has a break.
I feel as if it is a good organization. If you have any problems, they are 24-hours and you can always get hold of someone.

We didn't have anyone that didn't do their job. We needed the help really badly.
We've had some issues with things, but I don't think it has been Visiting Angels' fault. They're always very sweet and easy to work with.

I wish there were more things they could do like trim nails, they are not allowed to do things like that.
They should have worked on consistency in the caregivers. You get used to someone and when they quit or leave it is not good. We didn't want to have different people.

They have accommodated our needs. They have done a great job. It is a difficult journey for the family.
They have a mission in taking care of people with aging. I knew we had the right guy. One of the difficult things is that most agencies are not prepared for declining mental facilities.

My mom has some dementia and is a little difficult. She did not want us to get a sitter for her, but she has been fine with them and even liked it so that is a huge compliment.
They are reliable and I trust them with my mom. They keep up with me and keep me informed about what is going in with her. If we need someone on short notice they have been good at that too.

I think it had mostly to do with the personality of my parents. There were just too many roadblocks.
I liked their flexibility, they seem to go overboard trying to work things out with my mom.

At the time it was quite helpful because we needed assistance in going to the doctor's office and they helped my husband with his wheelchair and whatever was needed.
They were dependable. We didn't have them for very long, but I didn't have any complaints about anything.

The whole purpose was to keep him safe at the rehab center because he broke his femur there. They kept him alive when I couldn't be there.

I am the power of attorney, and it would be nice if they contacted me more. It would be nice if I could even just contact the caregiver, but I can't ever talk to them to see how my mom is doing.
I like that they try to be consistent with the same person, but it would be nice to have the same person every Sunday.

I just have someone that comes out once a week for four hours. I need them to so I can go grocery shopping. She does everything I tell her to do. She gets him out of bed and gives him a snack.
I like the person that is coming out here. I've only had her for a couple of months. She seems level-headed.
