Whether you are seeking out home care for yourself or for a loved one who needs a little extra help, it is important to have a team of compassionate professionals on your side. SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta is a family owned and operated agency. The Peterson Family, who run the day-to-day operations of the NW Atlanta office located in Hiram, make it their goal to treat each and every client as an extension of their own family.
We are able to provide a few hours of care a week, daily visits, bath visits and up to 24 hours of care including live-in care. We also provide care in home wherever you or your loved one may live including assisted living facilities, independent living communities and even rehab centers. We go where you (or your loved one) lives!
Our Registered Nurse visits every personal care client to assess the client's needs and put together a personal care plan at no charge to you! Additionally, our RN or other staff member visits all clients on a regular basis to ensure everyone is happy with our services and our clients are doing well under our care. Our staff is available 24 hours a day/365 days of year to assist you when you need it the most. All caregivers are employees of Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta with National Background Checks, CNA licenses, Fully Insured and Regularly Trained.

They helped me get settled with my husband at home. I didn't know what to expect because his condition when we first started was not nearly as good as it is now. I didn't know what I needed. The person they sent was very nice, but I didn't have expectations that were made, so there wasn't anything to meet.
They were responsive and kept in touch. They did what they said.

I work nights and she relieves some of the stuff we can't do. She makes sure he can get in the shower, because he won't let us do it because we're family.
She did a great job and I wish we could keep her. She took very good care of him.

They could help more by keeping his area clean and not waiting until the last minute to give him a bath. They need to be conscious of what they are doing.
When they come in for an evaluation to make a list things we need done, the aide doesn't do any of those things on the list. Because of my husband's condition, he needs someone who is qualified and knows how to do the things he needs. He needs someone who is well trained.

My loved one gets mad at them, but they are good with them. They take care of my loved one to lighten my load and give me time to do other things. They do whatever I ask them.

SYNERGY HomeCare was responsive when I signed up with them. I called them Christmas Eve or Boxing Day, and they came out and got it taken care of. It was a tough time, and they came right to the house. SYNERGY HomeCare gave me a lot more comfort and relaxation because I knew that they were taking care of my loved one. I could go to work and do my thing.

We had a wonderful experience with Synergy Home Care. Kimberly and her team were very accommodating. They did a fantastic job. They are extremely responsive and very easy to work with. They are definitely personable. The caregivers they provided were excellent. There were a couple of instances where one particular caregiver had her reason not to come one day and they worked with us to get someone in very quickly. They were always willing to do anything to ensure that we were satisfied and I would highly recommend them. If I ever I need to use them again, I would not hesitate to give them a call.
