For over 10 years, Joy Home Care (formerly A Caring Approach) has provided the highest quality home care services to our clients throughout Atlanta. Joy takes a holistic approach to home care by building a relationship with your loved one and finding what really makes them happy.
Our goal is to improve the quality of life and help your loved one maintain their independence. We perform face-to-face interviews and background checks with all of our certified caregivers (CNAs).
It is important to note that we are not a national franchise, we specialize in employing the best caregivers that Atlanta has to offer.

We reached out to Joy Home Care while my mother was in the middle of a 6hr surgery on both of her hands. She was headed home the next day and wasn't going to be able to use either hand for 5-6 weeks during the rehab and recovery process. Joy had a nurse on her doorstep at 9am the next morning. She's 90% of the way through her recovery and Joy's nursing staff has gone above and beyond the entire time, working for us 9am-5pm 5 days a week. We would recommend Joy to anyone with in-home care needs.

Joy Home Care has been a blessing for my family. My father was diagnosed with Dementia and is now in need of 24/7 care. John, Jeff and Patt have been wonderful providing my Dad with top notch caregivers. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for assistance with their family.
