We are a Home Care Agency that allows your loved one to age in place, Independently & Safely at home. Hearts For Healing LLC specializes in Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care, Diabetes Awareness and more. We pride ourselves on taking the time to learn each and every one of our clients, so that we may tailor your needs, individualize your care and make sure you feel secure and comfortable with the care you are receiving from our staff. We provide transitional care from home to hospital, nursing home to home etc. We assist with meal preparation, bathing & grooming, incontinence care and most hand on skills. If you are in need of more aggressive care and medication reminders we have Nurses on staff to assist. We also assist with surgery appointments, doctors’ appointments and much more. We also have a Home Care Program in which we do landscaping for the elderly, who is unable to keep their homes up. All of our Caregivers are specialty trained, and certified. Our Agency is Licensed & bonded by the State of Georgia. We provide care in Fayetteville, Douglasville, Henry, Fulton North & South, Clayton, DeKalb, and surrounding counties.
