I used Georgia Living Senior Home Care, but I didn't keep them because it just was not working out for us. They couldn't get the days right, they sent people at the wrong time, and then people didn't show up. They didn't seem to be organized. They were very nice, but they didn't come when they said they were coming. One of the girls who came didn't seem to know what she was doing. It wasn't the right fit for us, and all I wanted was somebody to come and give my mother a bath; that's all I needed. From the time I started with them to the time I told them I didn't need them anymore, it was about a month, so they were coming for a month. They need to be more organized. It seemed like their scheduling was their worst problem.

It is helpful to me. I like when they come on time. For the most part, they prepare good meals.

I only have 1 aide who comes on Tuesdays. She takes me to all of my appointments. I like the people who have come to my house. My only concern was that my son contacted you while I was in the hospital.
