It didn’t take long for Rose Petal Falls to send us a caregiver. She would cook a light meal, wash my grandmother up, and put on her clothes. They are caring and nurturing, and they’ve been very cooperative. She just sits with her and keeps her company while I’m away, and she really has been doing whatever has to be done regarding my grandmother.

We hired a caregiver from Rose Petal Falls. She's great, and she's very compatible with my mom. They have a lot in common. The caregiver is very energetic, which is good for my mom. The caregiver is really personable, and she has a very good, warm personality.

The caregivers of Rose Petal Falls shave my husband, cook meals, do housekeeping, and are open to giving him baths, but he refused to have that done. We have been using them for about eight weeks now. The caregivers are very knowledgeable. Their price is just too much for the care that we need, but the service is really great.

The lady at Rose Petal Falls Private Home Care was really good but my mother-in-law met the woman-in-charge and said she didn’t like her. They were very nice and they followed her up and told us if we needed anything at all to just call them back. I would have picked them if it had been me.

The good thing about Rose Petal Falls is they’re good about matching the right caregiver to the client. They’re very understanding. They always answer the phone or return phone calls. The caregivers have good work ethic. They really care for my mom. I referred them to all my co-workers and friends.

The aides from Rose Petal Falls are pretty good workers. The aide that I have now is really good. She's always on time and I'm really pleased with her. They're very responsive to any requests. I have been using them for 2 months now and I'm happy with their care.

Rose Petal Falls is just the best! I have no complaints about them. My caregiver is wonderful. She helps get out of bed, get dressed, bathe and cook food for me. She basically helps me function everyday. The office people are responsive and attends to my concerns.

Rose Petal Falls has been a God Send for my family and I. We were really worried about how we would handle her day to day care. We were sent an angel to look after Mom. Ms. Evelyn is so attentive, patient and professional. My Mother is comfortable with her I we feel confident that she is in good hands while I'm at work. My Mothers condition makes her very moody at times but Ms Evelyn is always smiling and patient. So glad we found this service and yes I would recommend them to anyone in need of professional healthcare services. Great Job!!! The Baskin and Downs family.
