Gaddiel Home Care Agency staffed me with a full 24/7 service within 24 hours when we called them. I cared for my parents for 4 and half years. I went thru 8 companies and over 130 caregivers, that I hired and fired. My record was fire in 4 or 5 days. I monitored the caregivers through my elaborate camera system. I have 14 cameras installed on the main floor of my parent's house, so I could keep an eye on them, make sure my parents were okay. I went through the horrors with multiple companies.
I didn't get good care until the last 80 months of my mother's life when I found Gaddiel. So I had plenty of experience before with the others. Gaddiel was the only one I found that was good. They were topnotch. If someone got sick at the last moment and called out, if Josephine didn't have anybody, she would come.
And that was supposed to have been the deal with everybody, but no one ever offered that up. I had other companies just leave me hanging for days, where I stayed up for days and did the job. But Gaddiel was on top of it. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I've referred her to numerous people, to friends who are starting to have to care for their parents.
We had 24/7 care. They would take mom to and from the doctor's appointments, do her shopping, cooked her food, took her to physical therapy, and brought her to my house every day. They helped bathe her, and helped her whatever she needed.
I had a wonderful group of people from Josephine and nothing but praises about them. I was very, very pleased with them. All the things the other should have been, they did. I highly recommend them. Josephine is a wonderful person to work with.

Gaddiel Home Care Services is unbelievably first class from top to bottom. They found me a caregiver the first day after I called. When they first started with us, our needs were at a certain level, and then over a period of about 4 years, our needs changed. So, when they first came in, they did basically an assessment of what we needed. At that particular time, we needed someone to provide a level of care, just basically to be there and assist with any aids that we had for my mother, and the needs were fairly minimal. As time progressed on, her needs increased and they adjusted their plan. They discussed with us and asked us what we needed, and then they offered suggestions on how to meet those needs.
They provided personal hygiene needs, they helped her brush her teeth and get dressed, helped her take her medication, and they basically assisted with everything that she did from the time she got up till the time she got to bed. They would take her to lunch, fix her breakfast, and they would do anything that she needed to maintain her daily activities. Their communication is exceptional. In today's time where communication in a lot of different circumstances is poor, on their end, from the top down, their communication has been exceptional.
Josephine, the managing owner, is always accessible, always answers her phone, and always responds to her emails and so does the rest of her office staff. Their communication with us was phenomenal, and because of that I referred them to several other people.
