I tried to like this company, I really did. They have awful communication skills and never seem to know where exactly their employees are. They were very professional at first and seemed to set themselves apart from the other companies in the area that I've had bad experiences with. However, the types of people they hire are just awful. Your employees are an extension of you. It doesn't matter how nice and professional you are ,if your employees are rude and lazy then that tells me exactly what type foundation your business is built upon. I truly believe that they have no idea how their employees act when they are in people's homes. The sheer disrespect and lack of common decency is mind boggling. If they have to wash a dish the client used, they're upset. If they have to wash clothes, they're upset. If they have to change a bed the client peed in, they're upset. I can't count how many times I've been told that they aren't maids. I understand they aren't maids, I have never once said they were, but if they can't do even the minimal task of washing dishes or clothes (that all belong to their client!) Then what exactly is there purpose? They come to your house hover around while you do all the work and then sit and play it talk on their phones while ignoring the clients calling for them or trying to talk to them. We've had aides call out of work because it was raining hard. I'm sorry but if I called out of work for anything less than severe weather, I'd be fired. We've had aides leave early because "it looks like it'll be dark soon and I don't like to drive at night". I mean seriously, these situations have actually happened. We've had aides say that they only work 2 or 3 hours and didn't have enough time to feed the clients and bathe them, we had to pick one. Clearly this company hires whoever they can get, they'll anybody who walks in off the street and can strung two sentences together. I hope potential clients see this review and take it to heart. Take everything I've written into consideration before allowing these people to step foot in your home and lay hands on your loved ones.

When they come, I am secure and I have no doubts that she is being taken care of. She is on time, she does a good job, she is very courteous, and I like the way she presents herself.

They make sure that their home attendant matches. They help by making sure that the home attendants are there when they are needed. They do their best to make their home attendants match the needs and the wants of the client.

They take me to the grocery store and I am able to get what I need. The girls I have had are good girls, but I had one that they took away from me who got up and did what she was supposed to and tried to go beyond.

I lived out of town, and since I wasn't able to be there, they filled the void for him. I liked that they were flexible. They were prompt to come out, and their workers were good.

The service they do is good, and they help with things that I need. They could improve on cooking things that I like. I am happy with my services and my aide.

Everybody who has assisted my mom has been very friendly, takes care of everything, and is aware and cautious. My mom really enjoys their company. The billing is very prompt and there are no hidden costs. If the caregiver can't come, they're right on top of handling it. They have a night service that handles anybody who calls in after the regular business hours. They're very organized.

They've really been helping my loved one a lot. They help by just being there and talking to my loved one. They don't ignore. It's more like a family rather than someone coming in and sitting with my loved one. The two main aides that come in are really good with her. They do what they are supposed to do and I have the aide the same time on most days. When we had a different company, they came at different times and it was confusing, so I like that they come on a regular basis.

They have made life easier by just being here with her. I can go and do part time work. The two ladies that come here do a good job. I like the way they take care of my mom and the patience that they have with her. They understand her and I like the way they handle her.

I know the owner, the family, and the workers of Innovative Senior Solutions, and so far, I've had satisfactory results. It's easier for me to take care of my grandson while someone comes in to take care of my mom.

They make sure they are on time and do the right thing. They come in and feed me, and they help me get dressed. They make it good for me.

They call and let me know if there are any changes. It's made a big difference, but the last couple of weekends, I didn't get an aide. I talked to the weekend nurse, and they told me that the caregiver had gotten sick.
