The most important one is to help me get a shower and do my laundry.
The lady we have now is good, but we just haven't had a lot of experience with the company. We've only had the for a couple of weeks.

They are very responsive to my needs, when I call they make my life easier.

Sometimes there is a little bit of a language but that is from the miscommunication.
I like the caregivers, they are very kind. they seem to be engaged. they were very responsible.

They provide companionship.
They were good, they were doing a good job. They were doing the items, like housework, that we talked about and my dad seems happy. They are helping with light housework and those type of things. That is what we hired them for.

I had one person in the beginning who was excellent. Since then they have promised me one caregiver, but she couldn't come and now nobody has been coming.
There is no communication from them.

There have been different times when we needed providers at the last minute in which they were accommodating for.
They have been able to point in the right direction.

They do things that I cannot do. She makes me breakfast every morning and she goes with me on a daily walk and she helps in any way she can.
I only have one caretaker and she is remarkable. She responds to my every need and she is personable.

They help her by being a companion. The senior center where she is is on lock down because of the virus, so no family members can get in. I worry about her being lonely, so it's good for her to have someone there.
I like the caring and compassionate aspect of their care.

They are very to the point and they follow through.

The first two that came we were not satisfied with, but then they got us our caregiver and she was really nice.

They provide care when I can't, they are reliable, and the caregivers are very knowledgeable, sweet, and professional.
It has to do with screening the available nurses. Some of the nurses have been phenomenal but we ran through lots of caregivers before we got the two nurses we have now.

They make my life smoother, the caregivers get along with my neighbors and they become apart of the family.
Since the day I signed up I have liked them. Their services have been the same since day one, top notch. They cover any emergency and any problem that comes up, they have a solution.

My mom cannot travel very much and it would be nice if we could arrange that but I feel that may be a little too expensive.
The flexibility they have is great to be able to have.

There have been some that are really good but others who are on their phones or take a nap and don't help out with anything.
They could have more consistency.

They need to be consistent. There was a girl that came in that was a realtor, and she was on her phone the whole time.
Some of the caregivers are excellent and some are not.

I'd like them to follow the care plan with bathing and getting my loved one up on time so I don't have to do those things when I get home.
I'd like the caregivers to follow the care plans better.

They give me extra security in knowing that she is getting extra attention.
They have been taking care of my grandmother without any issues, and they call me if they need to send someone different.

She is not as needed now as she was when we first started. It has fit into our lifestyle that we use her all the time. It frees up my time so that I can do and focus on my things.
We've had the same woman who has taken care of my husband for three years. We love the caregiver we have.

The services give me peace of mind.
I like that I don't have to think about getting everyone scheduled if I need a caregiver.
