I use Visiting Angels for my mother. They were the only agency in town that did not have minimum for hours which is why I choose them. We only wanted 1 hour in the am 7 days a week to help get my mother bathed and dressed. I'll admit its cheaper to do 3 hours but fortunately my mother planned for this early on so we can afford to do the 1 hour visits till she is ready for more help. We have 3 angels that are involved with my moms bath visits. The office sends me schedules so we know who's coming on which days.

I got Visiting Angels for my dad. They help in cooking, cleaning, and personal assistance. The caregiver is very good. The agency has been very cooperative, and everything is working out fine.

We used Visiting Angels before; however, the person they sent was not capable. She sat most of the time, had no initiative, and had a three-hour minimum, which was way beyond what we needed. I wasn't happy.
