I was looking for quality of care and professional friendship with my caregivers and Comfort Keepers. Debbie B has worked so closely with me. Her warm personality and outstanding attention to my care makes me glow. It is wonderful to sincerely trust her to be there for me.

We use Comfort Keepers. Last year, we had somebody part-time two to three days a week, and that person was very good. I asked if that person could be here this year, and they told me yes. Then, they turned around and told me no. That kind of service was not so great. Also, when somebody came to the house to evaluate my husband, I remember they just looked at him and said, "He’s fine." I wasn’t impressed with that person.

We had a number of different caregivers from Comfort Keepers, and for one reason or another, some worked out better for us than others. One of the people was kind of aggressive in things that they did, and that made my mother anxious, so they just found a different caregiver. Then the one we ended up was a young woman. She was here quite a number of months. She was very cheerful, and that worked out really well for mom. They helped with laundry, did a little bit of light cleaning and cooking, helped her eat, and kept her company because she could not be by herself. They did some driving a couple of times also. If we had to change a day or time, of course they ask you to do it ahead; the people at the office were very helpful. Definitely I would recommend them. They were very understanding.

I have used Comfort Keepers to keep my wife at home with me for over 2 years. My wife has Alzheimers Disease and it has been very important to me to allow her to remain at home. Anne my caregiver has been outstanding and your office staff have also been very responsive to my needs. I am a project manager with over 60 years as a supplier responding to customer needs, and feel qualified to evaluate the performance of a supplier, and yours has been outstanding. From the owner who came and met with me to the case managers to stop in, everyone has been supportive and professional. I would highly recommend your caregiving serive to anyone in need of such a service. Anne has been dependable, compassionate and loyal and feels more like a member of the family.

Sometimes saying Thank You does not seem like enough. You became part of my family for one year and ten months. You loved my father and my father loved you. While you were with Dad, you provided me with peace of mind and I knew he would be cared for and happy. There are not enough thank yous to be said that could possibly express my feelings. I wish all of you the happiness that you deserve

I can only tell you that Comfort Keepers has truely been a Godsend for my family. They are so caring and really go the extra mile for their clients. We have such a comfort knowing that they are always looking in on our parents and keep us apprised of any changes we need to be aware of. There staff is not only well trained but are truly like family to our folks. They seem to handle the little emergencies with a calm steady hand and somehow are able to get my dad to do the things I could never get him to do. We could not manage without them.
